Smart Capital is a copy-trading strategy provider operating through regulated brokers (Vantage, PU Prime, VT Markets). When you copy a Smart Capital strategy:

• Your funds remain in your own brokerage account at all times
• Smart Capital does not have withdrawal access to your account
• You may stop copying at any time via your broker dashboard

Smart Capital charges a 25% profit-sharing fee on net new profits during each settlement period. No subscription fee applies. If your account does not generate profit during a settlement period, no fee is charged. Specific terms may vary by broker and portfolio tier.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this site or copy any strategy.

Smart Capital is not available to residents of certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to: United States, Canada, Belgium, France, Israel, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Syria.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this site and any related services complies with the laws of your country of residence.

Smart Capital offers an Introducing Broker (IB) program with revenue sharing. Participation in the IB program is subject to additional terms communicated upon onboarding. We reserve the right to modify or terminate IB arrangements at our discretion.
